Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@joytot.co.uk with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
